PAP Chanel Ushers in a New Era at Rolling Out Music’s Atlanta Listening Session

Atlanta’s entertainment scene gathered in style Thursday evening as Rolling Out hosted an exclusive first listen event for PAP Chanel at its English Avenue headquarters. The intimate affair welcomed a curated mix of media personalities, tastemakers, executives, and creatives for an elevated night centered around music, conversation, and culture. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere carried the unmistakable energy of an artist entering a defining new chapter in her career. Presented under the #RollingOutMusic banner, the evening delivered a seamless blend of sophistication and authenticity—qualities that continue to define Atlanta’s influence within the entertainment industry. With The Jamison Agencyhandling public relations for the event, Rolling Out HQ transformed into a cultural gathering space where storytelling and artistry took center stage. Rather than feeling like a traditional industry function, the event felt personal, intentional, and deeply connected to the city’s creative pulse.

Before the listening session began, Rolling Out executives Dennis McKinley and Richard Dunn welcomed attendees with opening remarks highlighting the importance of creating platforms that amplify authentic voices in music and media. Their comments framed the night as more than an album preview—it became a celebration of artistry, independence, and the evolution of Atlanta’s music culture. Shortly after, host Carrie Michelle joined PAP Chanel for an engaging sit-down conversation that offered guests a closer look into the inspiration, emotion, and experiences shaping the project.

As the music filled the room, PAP Chanel introduced a collection of records that showcased her versatility, confidence, and vulnerability as an artist. Songs including “Author,” “Pretty and Paid,” “Do It,” “Contagious,” “Clean Mudd,” “Goodbye Yesterday,” “Free Game,” “Hard Conversation,” “Money Freak,” and “Do What I Wanna Do” immediately captured the audience’s attention through bold storytelling and layered production. One of the evening’s standout moments arrived with “Ride With You” featuring 22 The Bold and produced by Riley, a track that sparked visible excitement throughout the venue. Guests also celebrated the release of “Where You Been,” which officially dropped at midnight, adding an extra layer of anticipation and exclusivity to the night.

Following the listening session, representatives from In the City Magazine, Big Break Magazine, and The Progress Report participated in an intimate Q&A, asking thoughtful questions about PAP Chanel’s creative direction and the meaning behind the music. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed catered cuisine, cocktails, and effortless networking as conversations continued well beyond the formal program. By the night’s end, Rolling Out Music had curated far more than a listening event—it created an unforgettable Atlanta cultural moment that solidified PAP Chanel as an artist to watch in this next era.
