ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta has always been a city where culture is created, movements are born, and leaders emerge. This summer, a new tradition of recognition takes center stage as the Georgia’s Founding Fathers Initiative brings together some of the most influential names in business, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and community leadership for an unforgettable evening dedicated to legacy. On July 17, 2026, Atlanta City Hall will become the backdrop for an exclusive celebration honoring men who have demonstrated vision, excellence, and impact. Under the theme “Honoring Leaders. Building Legacies,” the invitation-only affair will spotlight the individuals helping shape Georgia’s future while recognizing the accomplishments that paved the way.
The movement is being led by two powerhouse women—Tonita Bybee and Nikiya Bain, founders of Savvy Girl Consulting—who are creating a platform centered around recognition, connection, and generational influence.
A respected business owner, brand strategist, educator, and podcast host, Tonita Bybee has built her reputation around helping brands and leaders tell their stories with purpose. Through Savvy Girl Consulting, Bybee has become known for strategic branding, business development, and creating opportunities that amplify voices in the marketplace. Nikiya Bain, a businesswoman, mother, and advocate for resilience, brings a powerful perspective on perseverance, leadership, and building a legacy that extends beyond oneself. Together, Bybee and Bain are redefining what it means to create a room where relationships, recognition, and impact align.

This year’s highly anticipated Icon Honoree is none other than legendary producer, songwriter, and cultural innovator Teddy Riley. A pioneer whose influence helped transform the sound of modern music, Riley’s contributions have shaped generations of artists and continue to influence global culture.
The 2026 honoree class also recognizes leaders including:
Christopher Miller
Terris Hardrick
Cyrus Culley
Chad Livsey
Each honoree represents the spirit of the initiative—individuals whose work, influence, and commitment have created measurable impact.
Beyond an awards ceremony, Georgia’s Founding Fathers Initiative is designed as a premier networking and cultural experience bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, entertainers, civic leaders, and community influencers. The gathering reflects Atlanta’s unique position as a global hub where business, entertainment, and culture intersect.

The initiative is also opening opportunities for select organizations to join as strategic partners, including:
Media & Content Partners
Transportation Partners
Hospitality Partners
Beverage Partners
Community Impact Partners
Brand Activation Partners
With limited availability, organizers are carefully curating partnerships that align with the mission of celebrating leadership and strengthening community impact. “Some rooms are filled. Others are curated.” That statement captures the essence of Georgia’s Founding Fathers—a space designed not only to celebrate achievement but to honor the stories, sacrifices, and contributions behind the success. As Atlanta continues to shape the future of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and innovation, the Georgia’s Founding Fathers Initiative is creating a new standard for recognizing the men building the blueprint.
